Instructions
Blend the dry ingredients to the batter. Hand blend the following into the mixture.
To get a wonderful crunchy crust and a great rise on these muffins, bake for 8 minutes at 425 degrees. Then reduce heat to 350 cooking for another 8-9 minutes.
