  • 2 lbs whole chicken wings
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt pepper, garlic powder and cumin.

  • To install the grill grate, position it flat on top of the heating element and gently press down until it sits into place. Place Air Crisp Basket on grill grate, then close the hood.
  • On a large tray lined with parchment paper, coat the wings with olive oil. Then season with your favorite poultry rub. Refrigerate uncovered while you preheat the grill.
  • Turn dial to AIR CRISP. Set temperature to 390⁰F degrees and set time to 30 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin preheating (preheating will take approx. 13-17 minutes).
  • When the unit beeps to signify it is preheated and ADD FOOD is displayed, open the hood and place the wings to the  basket. Close hood to begin cooking. Every 10 minutes, open hood and use silicone-tipped tongs to flip the wings.
  • Increase the grill temperature to 450⁰F degrees and air fry for 5 additional minutes for an extra crispy skin.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce such as ranch or blue cheese dressing, fresh carrots and celery.
