Fourth Friday: War And Peace: Songs And Monologues by Rhapsodius

November 28 @ 5:00 pm

Join the community for an evening of reflection and artistry in honour of Remembrance Month with a special presentation of War and Peace: Songs and Monologues.

Rhapsodius, performed by Andrew Craig, returns with this deeply moving work originally commissioned for McCrae House Backyard Theatre. Drawing inspiration from John McCrae’s timeless poem In Flanders Fields, Rhapsodius blends music and spoken word to create a performance that stirs the heart and invites reflection on the meaning of remembrance.

Guests are encouraged to arrive early to view Portraits – Stories of Black Canadian Military Service, an exhibition from the Canadian War Museum currently on display at the Civic Museum.

Admission is by donation beginning at 5:00 p.m., with the concert starting at 7:00 p.m.
A cash bar will be available.
